Delivery Arrangements

We make it very simple! We deliver to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, and Island Districts on every Friday or Saturday (except public holidays) by third-party logistic S.F. Express Cold Chain Delivery Services. After two attempts of unsuccessful delivery, a fee of $55 will be charged for third attempt. Once you have placed an order, we will contact you to confirm the date of delivery. Usually, your order will be delivered 4-6 working days from the date of purchased because we know your furry baby can’t wait any longer.

FREE delivery for orders $350 HKD or above. $55 HKD delivery fee is required for orders below $350 HKD. Pick up at our location is also an option.

Cancellations/ Refunds/ Exchange

No worries if you change your mind! However, we do not want to waste any food, so no cancellations or refunds will be accepted unless you give us 3 days notice prior to the delivery date that you have been informed. No refunds accepted for any products sold and delivered.

WooFood will keep all your personal data strictly confidential and will take reasonable measures to protect its use for order and delivery purposes only, according to the protection of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance under the law of Hong Kong SAR. WooFood will not sell or share any of your personal details with third parties unless for the purpose mentioned above.
